We want your opinions on a broad variety of topics. This includes not only health care delivery and health in the traditional sense, but other issues as well that may have an impact on health.

Our purpose is to identify perceptions, opinions, beliefs and attitudes about the health of the community, specifically key informants in the health field and public health practitioners. More specifically we want to:
• Obtain feedback from community stakeholders in the healthcare field.
• Describe the populations disproportionally impacted by health conditions.
• Gain insight into current gaps in healthcare services.
• Determine top five health priorities for the community.
